## Ordering & delivery
**Is this a physical product?**
No — everything at Atelier CKIKI is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping fees are ever charged. Checkout always shows CHF/EUR 0 for delivery.
**How do I receive my templates?**
Instantly. After payment you receive a download link by email, and for Creator tools a personal link to the online generator where you configure and download your PDF. You can return to your generator anytime — no time limit.
**Can I use the Creator tools more than once?**
Yes — unlimited. Change your colors in March, regenerate for a new year in December, make one planner for work and another for studies. Your access doesn't expire.
## Devices & compatibility
**Which devices are supported?**
reMarkable Paper Pro, Paper Pro Move, Paper Pure and reMarkable 2 · Kindle Scribe · Supernote A5X (Manta) and A6X (Nomad) · iPad with GoodNotes, Notability or Noteshelf — plus standard A4 / US Letter for printing. Each product page lists its exact device versions; always pick the one matching your device so the page size and hyperlink zones fit perfectly.
**Do the hyperlinks work on my device?**
Yes — tap a day, week, month, or tab and jump straight there. Hyperlinked navigation works natively in the reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, and Supernote PDF readers and in GoodNotes/Notability (use "read-only" or link-tap mode when navigating).
**How do I get the files onto my device?**
Each device works a little differently — our step-by-step guides cover them: see the [Blog](/blogs/blog) for importing templates on reMarkable (USB, app, or rmdoc), and guides for other devices. Stuck? Write to us — we'll walk you through it.
**Will the templates work in grayscale on e-ink?**
Yes. Color templates are designed to stay readable in grayscale, and the Creator tools include an e-ink optimized / grayscale mode if you prefer maximum contrast.
## Customization & languages
**Which languages are available?**
Creator tools generate planners in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Dutch.
**I'm left-handed — will the tabs be on the wrong side?**
No 🙂 Creator tools let you place tabs on the left or right.
**Can I request a change to a template I bought?**
Yes — reply to your order email with your request. Small adjustments are free and usually delivered within 24 hours.
## Ready-made templates, stickers & extras
**What's the difference between ready-made templates and Creator tools?**
Ready-made templates are finished designs — download the PDF for your device and start immediately. Creator tools are online generators where you configure your planner (year, language, layouts, colors, tab side) before downloading. Same design quality; choose ready-made for speed, Creator for full personalization. They combine well — many customers use both.
**What are copy-paste stickers and how do they work?**
They're sticker collections made for e-ink note-taking: colorful labels, banners, checkboxes, shapes, and seasonal designs organized in a hyperlinked notebook. On your device, you simply select a sticker, copy it, and paste it into any page of your own notes — highlight tasks, decorate journals, build mind maps. No printing, reusable forever. Each pack is optimized for your device's display (color on Paper Pro & Move, high-contrast for grayscale screens).
**How do notebook covers and sleep screens work?**
Covers are beautiful first pages for your notebooks — import one and your notebook list instantly looks organized (and gorgeous). ## Updates & support
**Do I get updates?**
Yes. When a template you bought is improved, you get the new version for free — just ask, or watch for the update notice.
**Next year's dated planner — do I need to buy again?**
Creator tools include the years listed on the product page (e.g. 2026 + 2027) with unlimited regeneration. When new years are released, past customers get a loyalty discount — join the newsletter so you don't miss it.
## Refunds
**What is your refund policy?**
Because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final once the download or generator has been accessed — this is standard for digital goods and stated at checkout. That said: if something doesn't work as described, or you picked the wrong device version, contact us first. We'll fix it, swap it, or make it right.
